07 Mar New Stiffer Impaired Driving Laws in Manitoba
As a driver in Manitoba, you must be aware of the new sweeping impaired driving legislation that took effect in the province as of December 18, 2018.
The new law gives police officers expanded power and more freedom to investigate impaired driving offences. Officer’s no longer have to suspect that you have consumed alcohol in the previous three hours, and may demand that you blow into a roadside screening device.
